Periodista y trabajadora social por formación universitaria. Actualmente, labora como profesora a tarea parcial del Departamento de Comunicación de la Universidad del Sagrado Corazón y ocasionalmente del Programa Graduado de Comunicación. En la Universidad, también dirige la Oficina de Exalumnos, dirige y edita la revista Exalumnos Sagrado. Posee un Bachillerato en Artes de la Comunicación con concentración en Periodismo, una Maestría en Trabajo Social con especialidad en Administración de Servicios Humanos y es candidata a Doctorado en Filosofía y Letras con especialidad en Historia de Puerto Rico y el Caribe.
Datos personales
Comenzó a trabajar desde su adolescencia para ayudar a sufragar los
gastos escolares y personales. Durante sus años de escuela desarrolló sus talentos en la pintura y en la música. Cuando llega a la Escuela Superior se destaca como líder en distintas organizaciones estudiantiles y desde ese momento se ha mantenido activa en organizaciones y apoyando causas sociales. Lleva diez años ejerciendo distintas posiciones en la academia y ha escrito para periódicos universitarios y regionales. Le interesan todos los temas que giran en torno al ser humano. Por lo que ofrece conferencias al respecto y se desvive por ayudar a las personas.

Es una enamorada del aprendizaje, le fascina tomar cursos, conferencias o talleres que aumenten su conocimiento. Aunque no tiene mucho tiempo para cocinar le gusta inventar en la cocina. Finalmente, le encanta escribir y por eso decidió hacer su blog a finales de julio de 2009.
